Newsflash

Yes, the most challenging part of any property is paperwork. But what makes it even more challenging are the particular rules that exist for purchase of land in Himachal. It has been most distressing that certain pre conditions needs to be met if we are to be able to get permission to buy the land. The board is deliberating on the options that can be followed.

We have spent a lot of time on deciding on what are the best options that would fit into the profile of this special project. Keeping in mind the needs, we have shortlisted a property which we hope to finalize shortly. Please pray that this may be a good decision for the future of this Centre.

The property is situated in a village called "Panchrukhi", close to a town called Palampur. This is situated about 100 kilometres from the closest railway station of Pathankot. The property is in the midst of the mountains called the Dhauladhar ranges, the property stands at about 1200 metres above the sea level.

The property measures about 10 acres of land, covering three levels of terrain mostly flat. It has a road on one side, and a river on almost the second side. There is a small hill behind the property, and the view ahead is of the beautiful mountains, clear skies and nature all around.

Some wild animals live here, and the common fox can be found visiting the property.
